Letters from our students are always an inspiration to us, and we feel that you will enjoy them too.

As new letters arrive we will share some paragraphs with you.

Letter from Moses (a prisoner):

"...I just want to thank you very much for the lessons that you sent to me, they indeed build me spiritually. I now believe that God does exist. I used to take things lightly. I am so proud to inform you that soon I will be an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist church."

From Ilse in Worcester, South
Africa (11 yrs) - her response to the question "Jesus asks you to follow Him. What is your response to His great love for you?":

"Yes, yes, yes! I will gladly follow Him with all my heart, mind and soul."

Letters from a married couple, Mr & Mrs Raboko, in Bloemfontein:

Mrs Raboko: "I want to thank you. Because of these Bible studies that I've been
doing, I've become a whole new person. For years I'd attend one church or another,
searching for the truth. Through studying these Bible lessons I have found my solution."

Mr Raboko: "I am very happy to inform you that after five years of searching for
Jesus at last I have found Him. ...Praise be to the most high God. I would like to
thank you for showing me the way. Jesus Christ is the light; without Him there is
no way forward."

From Edwin (a prisoner):
"I would like to thank your institution for the hard work they do. They brought changes to my life and I hope that one day when I am free I would be able to share the Word... May God bless you all and give you more strength to continue sharing the word of God. I'm proud to say that I'm no longer feeling empty - there is life, hope and light."

From Khanyisa in Langa (13 yrs) - her answer to the question "How do you feel about having an angel who listens to everything you say and sees everything you do?":

"Well, I'm not sure. I feel really special and loved, but then I also feel bad. To think God gave me an angel especially for me, but I keep on sinning? I'm truly blessed."

From Bettine in Albemarle, Germiston:
"Lesson 21 was a great comfort to me. I had a son, Bradley, who suffered from muscular dystrophy. He died 15 years ago at the age of 18. Although I never stopped praying and trusting in the Lord, I was not a committed Christian during those years. Although I wasn't there for the Lord, He was always there for me.
He sustained me with the courage I needed for that trial, and just before Brad
died, I was able to tell him that when he woke from that sleep he would see
Jesus, and he will be better, and able to walk and run again.
Since his death, and over the years, I have often felt really guilty for not
teaching him more about Jesus, and for not bringing him up as a Seventh-day Adventist. I have prayed often and asked the Lord to forgive me for that, and
have also asked Him to please give Bradley a place in His Kingdom. I told the
Lord I would be prepared to forego my place there, if He would only forgive
me for my omission in not leading Brad in the true path of righteousness.
Bradley was a totally innocent child, without sin.
Now I received the Lord's assurance through this lesson that my child will have
a place in His Kingdom. This is a point that has worried me a great deal, and
has been the subject of many of my prayers. I praise God that He sent me the answer through this particular lesson. Now I can be at peace on that point, and continue to prepare myself to meet Jesus and my loved ones on that Glad Resurrection Day."

From Benita in Gordon's Bay:

"This course is essential spiritual nourishment to us each day."

From Bianca in Brakpan (11 yrs) - her answer to the question "Jesus says, 'I stand at the door and knock...' (Revelation 3:20). What is your response to His offer to come into your heart?":

"Come in and sit at the table. I'll tell Him I like Him (love). I'll ask Him questions and give Him something to drink and eat."

From Sue in Duiwelskloof :

"I have been praying so hard for help in getting to know my God better, and it just happened my daughter found your card in the doctor's rooms under the table, and gave it to me. I just praise and thank my God."

From Kenneth in Kempton Park :

"I LOVE JESUS CHRIST...MY LORD AND SAVIOUR...and I THANK GOD...for HIS HOLY SPIRIT...that lives and dwells within me...and GUIDES me, on the path of living a life...which is PLEASING TO GOD. I enjoy doing the LESSONS ...
as it gives me so much upliftment
to learn more about my "CREATOR" GOD."
